Before your visit we want to provide you with some information to make your time onsite productive, as well as let you and your clients know what to expect while you are here.

    PARKING:

When you arrive, follow signs for parking. Please remain in the parking area until 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session time so as not to disturb other photographers who may be onsite. At this time, you are welcome to check-in at our farm shop located across from the lavender field.

    ARRIVAL AT THE FARM:

We encourage you and your clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session time. We schedule photography farm access back to back so are not able to extend access times in case that someone is running late. All photographers and their client groups must check in at the farm shop.

If you have any questions about your farm access once you arrive, feel free to reach out by phone or come into the shop. Once your time starts, you are welcome to head into the flower fields or natural farm areas.

      ADDITIONALLY:

Narrow Gate Farm reserves the right to change its policies at any time. As this is an active farm and personal residence, we may be outside working on the farm while you are here. We make every effort to ensure we will not interfere with your session.  We will begin harvesting lavender slowing throughout June in order to maintain premium dried bouquets, however, there will be plenty of areas with uncut plants for beautiful lavender pictures.

Lavender bloom timing, field appearance, and crop conditions are subject to weather, seasonal patterns, and other factors outside our control. By booking a session, clients acknowledge that field conditions may vary and Narrow Gate Farm Company is not liable for delayed blooms, reduced blooms, or crop damage caused by natural or seasonal conditions. No specific bloom level, color intensity, or field appearance is guaranteed. If field conditions are determined to be unsuitable for photography, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a rebooking opportunity during the same or following season based on availability; however, no refunds will be issued.

No specific bloom level, color intensity, or field appearance is guaranteed.
